\u00d6z:<\/strong> Side antik kentinde son y\u0131llarda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen kaz\u0131 ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yeni bulgu ve bu bulgulara dayal\u0131 yeni bilgilerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Kentin tarihsel s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7indeki de\u011fi\u015fimine \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalardan biri de M Yap\u0131s\u0131 ve \u00e7evresinde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan elde edilmi\u015ftir. Gymnasium<\/em>un \u00e7evresinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda, Gymnasium<\/em>un G\u00fcney Stoa<\/em>s\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131nda, yeni bir mek\u00e2n a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve belgelenmi\u015ftir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada belirtilen mek\u00e2n\u0131n bir sarn\u0131\u00e7 oldu\u011fu \u00f6nerilmekte ve b\u00f6ylece kentin yeni ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan sarn\u0131c\u0131 (H3) tan\u0131t\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n konusu olan H3 Sarn\u0131c\u0131, kentte ilk defa bir Ge\u00e7 Antik \u00c7a\u011f Sarn\u0131c\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yap\u0131m tekni\u011fi ile birlikte ele al\u0131nacak olmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00f6nemlidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu alanda tespit edilen tu\u011fla duvarlar ve tu\u011fla kaplama levhalar\u0131 kentin daha \u00f6nce tespit edilen sarn\u0131\u00e7lar\u0131nda bilinmemekte, uygulan\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7imi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan tekil bir \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil etmektedir. Bununla birlikte bu mek\u00e2n\u0131n i\u00e7indeki kaz\u0131lar s\u0131ras\u0131nda ele ge\u00e7en dev\u015firme bloklar kentin \u015fehircili\u011fine dair yeni veriler sunmaktad\u0131r.Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, mevcut arkeolojik veriler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bir Ge\u00e7 Antik \u00c7a\u011f Sarn\u0131c\u0131\u2019n\u0131n tarihlendirilmesi ile birlikte, \u00f6zellikle yap\u0131m tekni\u011fi ve Side\u2019nin kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc i\u00e7indeki yeri irdelenmektedir.<\/p>\n

Abstract: <\/strong>Excavations and studies that have been carried out in the recent years on the ancient city of Side have provided new findings and information. The study on Building M and the works carried out around the structure shed light on the historical change of the city. In the studies conducted around the Gymnasium, a new space behind the South Stoa of the Gymnasium was unearthed and documented. It is suggested that the place mentioned in this study is a cistern and thus, the third known cistern (H3) of the city is introduced. The space, which was suggested to be evaluated as the H3 Cistern, is important in that it will be examined with the construction technique of a Late Antique Cistern for the first time in the city. This importance stems from the fact that the brick covering plates found in this area were unknown in the previously identified cisterns of the city; thus, they constitute a unique example in terms of application. Moreover, the spolien blocks unearthed during the excavations in this space provide different data on the urbanism of the city. In this study, the construction date and especially the construction technique of a Late Antique Cistern as well as its place in the urbanism of Side are examined in the light of tangible archeological data.<\/p>\n
