\u00d6z: <\/strong>Bu makalede Yeni Assur Krall\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nda ba\u011fc\u0131l\u0131k ve \u015farap k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc de\u011ferlendirilmi\u015ftir. Yeni Assur D\u00f6nemi \u00e7ivi yaz\u0131l\u0131 metinlerinde bah\u00e7eler ile ilgili bilgiler bulunmak ile birlikte do\u011frudan ba\u011fc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa dair veriler yer almaz. Ancak II. A\u015furnasirpal ve Sennaherib d\u00f6nemlerine ait yaz\u0131l\u0131 metinlerde bah\u00e7eler i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7e\u015fitli a\u011fa\u00e7larla birlikte asmalara da yer verildi\u011fine dair bilgiler yer al\u0131r. Yine Yeni Assur krallar\u0131ndan Sennaherib ve A\u015furbanipal d\u00f6nemlerine ait birka\u00e7 kabartmada da asma ve meyvesi betimlenmi\u015ftir. Yeni Assur metinlerinde \u015farap ile ilgili mesleklerde ge\u00e7mektedir. rab kar\u0101ni\/rab k\u016bt\u0101ti \u201c\u015farap\u00e7\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131\u201d terimi bunun g\u00fczel \u00f6rneklerindendir. Yeni Assur\u2019da \u00fcretilen \u015faraplar daha sonraki zamanlarda kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere depolanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yeni Assur merkezlerinde yap\u0131lan kaz\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda \u015farap mahzenleri olarak tan\u0131mlanan mek\u00e2nlar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yeni Assur Krall\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nda \u015farap dini ya\u015famda libasyon rit\u00fcellerinde, mimari yap\u0131lar\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131 ya da onar\u0131m\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda ve t\u00fcketim ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Eldeki verilerden Yeni Assur\u2019da \u015farab\u0131n ekonomik de\u011ferinin oldu\u011fu da anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Abstract: <\/strong>In this article culture of wine and grapery in Assyrian Empire are reviewed. While the cuneiform texts of Neo-Assyrian Period have information related to yards, there is no data directly related to wine culture. But in the written documents that belong to Ashurnasirpal ll and Sennacherib period, there are some information showing that grapes are also included in yards together with other trees. Also, vine and grape were represented on a few reliefs belong to Neo-Assyrian Kings Sennacherib and Ashurbanipal periods. There are jobs related to wine in Neo-Assyrian texts. As a matter of fact the term rab kar\u0101ni\/rab k\u016bt\u0101ti<\/em> \u201cthe chief wine master\u201d is one of the good examples of them. Wines produced in Neo-Assyria were stored for later use. Also, during the excavations of Neo-Assyrian Period sites, places that identified as wine cellar were revealed. In Neo-Assyrian Empire wine were used for different purposes as such; libation rituals in religious life, building construction, building repair and for consumption. It is understood from the available data that wine had economic value in Assyria.<\/p>\n
