Abstract: <\/strong>Towards the end of the IVth<\/sup> millennium B.C., the communities living in the Eastern Anatolia Region went through a transformation towards an urban culture as a result of the cultural change and transformation experienced in the region. It is observed that with urbanization, privileged families and groups were formed within the cities. We see the first burial tradition of an elite class that incorporates a belief in the hereafter among the peoples of Eastern Anatolia in the elite tombs of Korucutepe, which date back to the second half of the IVth<\/sup> millennium B.C. In these two-chamber tombs made of adobe, numerous unique artifacts were recovered along with the deceased. Rich burial gifts reveal that a radical social and economic change took place in the region. Considering both chronological, rich grave goods and burial structures, these tombs, associated with Mesopotamia-Syria, Transcaucasia, and northeastern Iranian cultures, are understood to have unique local characteristics. However, in recent studies, these tombs have been associated especially with kurgan tombs.<\/p>\n

\u00d6z: <\/strong>M\u00d6 IV. biny\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131na do\u011fru Do\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011fi\u015fim ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ya\u015fanmas\u0131 ile birlikte b\u00f6lgede ya\u015fayan topluluklar, \u015fehir k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. \u015eehirle\u015fmeyle birlikte kentler i\u00e7inde ayr\u0131cal\u0131kl\u0131 ailelerin, z\u00fcmrelerin olu\u015ftu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Do\u011fu Anadolu halklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda bu elit s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n \u00f6teki d\u00fcnya inanc\u0131yla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fen ilk \u00f6l\u00fc g\u00f6mme gelene\u011fine, M\u00d6 IV. biny\u0131l ikinci yar\u0131s\u0131na tarihlenen Korucutepe\u2019deki elit mezarlarda tan\u0131k oluyoruz. Kerpi\u00e7ten \u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc iki odal\u0131 bu mezarlarda, \u00f6len ki\u015filerle birlikte \u00e7ok say\u0131da e\u015fsiz eser ele ge\u00e7mi\u015ftir. Zengin \u00f6l\u00fc hediyeleri bu b\u00f6lgede radikal sosyal, ekonomik bir d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bize g\u00f6stermektedir. Mezopotamya-Suriye, Transkafkasya ve Kuzeydo\u011fu \u0130ran k\u00fclt\u00fcrleriyle ili\u015fkilendirilen bu mezarlar\u0131n, hem kronolojik hem zengin mezar e\u015fyalar\u0131, hem de mezar yap\u0131s\u0131 bir arada ele al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6zg\u00fcn yerel \u00f6zellikler ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak son y\u0131llarda yap\u0131lan bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda bu mezarlar, \u00f6zellikle de kurgan mezarlarla ili\u015fkilendirme yoluna gidilmektedir.<\/p>\n
