In the study, Landsat 5 TM-7 ETM+ and Landsat 8 OLI-TIRS satellite images were obtained and three different analyzes were performed. In the first stage of the analyzes, Land Surface Temperature (AYS) values of the study area were obtained by using image processing techniques from the Thermal Infrared (TIR) bands of satellite images. In the second stage, the Normalized Difference Moisture Index (NDMI) method from the Short Wave Infra-Red (SWIR) and Near Infrared (NIR) bands of satellite images was used to determine the land surface humidity values of the study area. In the final stage, green vegetation distribution in the field were determined by using the Soil Adjusted Vegetation Index (SAVI) method from the Red (RED) and NIR bands of satellite images.
