Abstract: <\/strong>The present study includes an evaluation of the excavations carried out in the ancient city of Phaselis during the 2023 research season. During the excavation which continued from 6 June to 27 December 2023, works on cleaning, documentation, excavation, repair, arrangement and conservation were carried out in the Hellenistic temple, which has been excavated since 2019; and in the bath structure, which is called the Necropolis Bath because it is located in the north-eastern part of the necropolis; also in the aqueducts from the Roman period, some of which are located to the west of the central harbour structures of the city towards the northern harbour; and in the central harbour structures, which are located in the harbour basin between the central harbour and the aqueducts; likewise in the part of the main road that connects the southern harbour to the central harbour, between the town square and the central harbour; and so in the portico and shop structures that return from the main road to the central harbour. At the same time, anthropological studies were carried out on the burials in the graves uncovered during the excavations. In 2022, the geomorphological studies initiated in and around the lagoon continued in the coastal area in this season. At the end of the season, cleaning, excavation and arrangement works were started in the northern quay structure and tower of the Central Harbour and in the shop structures on the side of the Great Bath facing the Main Street, which will form the basis for the excavations of 2024.<\/p>\n
