Abstract:<\/strong> The transition from the underground environment, from which architectural remains have been removed, to above ground, causes these artefacts to begin to deteriorate, and the problem of their loss or irreversible damage if precautions are not taken. Therefore, the preservation of architectural remains at archaeological sites together with the \u201cstabilization and improvement\u201d of the current situation are accepted as a generally accepted approach to this problem. In this context, the preventive conservation practises applied during the scope of the restoration work consists of protection, but it is observed in the years after the repair that external factors will damage the work. With this in mind, studies on the conservation and restoration of the movable or immovable cultural assets, which have exposed in excavations carried out in the ancient city of Cibyra since 2009, were carried out immediately. In this study, the conservation and restoration practices concerning the immovable cultural assets unearthed in the course of the archaeological excavations between 2010-2017 are discussed.<\/p>\n

\u00d6z:<\/strong> Toprak alt\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan arkeolojik eserlerin yeralt\u0131ndaki anaerobik ortamdan yer \u00fcst\u00fcndeki atmosferik ortama ge\u00e7i\u015fleri, eserlerin bozulmaya ba\u015flamas\u0131na ve \u00f6nlem al\u0131nmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yok olma tehlikesiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalmalar\u0131na neden olur. Bu nedenle arkeolojik alanlardaki mimari kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n veya ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r eserlerin korunmas\u0131 ve mevcut durumlar\u0131n\u0131n \u201cistikrara kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve iyile\u015ftirilmesi\u201d genel kabul g\u00f6ren bir yakla\u015f\u0131md\u0131r. Bozulmalar\u0131 \u00f6nleyici restorasyon ve konservasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da, kapsaml\u0131 onar\u0131m projelerinden ziyade, mevcut durumu iyile\u015ftirip sabitlemeye y\u00f6nelik acil koruma \u00f6nlemleri i\u00e7ermektedir. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131mla, 2009’dan beri Kibyra antik kentte ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131r veya ta\u015f\u0131nmaz k\u00fclt\u00fcr varl\u0131klar\u0131nda \u00f6nleyici koruma uygulamalar\u0131, uluslararas\u0131 koruma ilkelerine ve \u00f6zg\u00fcn malzemeye sad\u0131k kal\u0131narak, en az m\u00fcdahale anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla, kaz\u0131larla e\u015fzamanl\u0131 olarak derhal ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, 2010-2017 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan arkeolojik kaz\u0131larda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan k\u00fclt\u00fcr varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nleyici koruma ve onar\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131 belgelenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
