PHASELIS: Journal of Interdisciplinary Mediterranean Studies
PHASELIS: Journal of Interdisciplinary Mediterranean Studies is an interdisciplinary periodical established to serve as a sustainable platform for debate for scientists, researchers and experts examining the ancient city of Phaselis and its territory within the scope of multi/cross disciplinary methods since 2011. As of this moment, the updated and scientific results of the multidisciplinary studies specific to the settlement and area archaeology in the polis and hinterland carried out by a group of more than a dozen are submitted every year, to provide information to researchers who are interested in these topics. All of the scientific articles published in the journal, which are mostly in the field of natural sciences, are published on thme condition of being fully focused upon Phaselis and so titled, including a wide range of topics such as flora-fauna, ecology and the natural cycle, fungi and lichens of Phaselis, and fish, chelonian, crustacean and algae types, inhabitants of the area from ancient times to today.
